Dwayne Haskins legally drunk

A toxicology report released yesterday shows former OSU quarterback Dwayne Haskins was intoxicated at the time of his death last month. The findings by a Florida medical examiner show a blood alcohol level of point-two percent, more than twice the legal limit to drive in Florida. Investigators say Haskins was hit by a dump truck while attempting to cross a freeway after running out of gas on the morning of April ninth. He was in south Florida training with members of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
