Justin Lemmings' bond was set at 500-thousand-dollars after he pleaded not guilty to a host of charges, including felonious assault.

Wilmington police say Lemmings was impaired and speeding last month when he slammed into Ashley Davis' car, critically injuring her and her three daughters.

Five people in Lemmings' car were also hurt.
