Area Men Indicted in Ross County

Separate indictments were handed down in Ross County against a couple of men from the area, including against a Hillsboro resident.


30-year-old Arnell C. Johnson of Hillsboro is charged with a single first degree felony count of Aggravated Burglary, and a single fifth degree count of Domestic Violence. He could be sentenced to up to 11 years with a $20,000 fine for the first degree charge, and up to 12 month with a $2,500 fine for the fifth degree count.


20-year-old Justin A. Stubbs of South Salem, is charged with a single fourth degree felony count of Receiving Stolen Property and a single third degree felony count of Possessing Weapons While Under Disability. He faces up 5 years and a $10,000 fine for the fourth degree charge, and up to 18 months with a $5,000 fine for the third degree charge.
